Been a min.

The Jai Journal started as a collection of thoughts I have about finding fulfilment in life and business.

It still is, except i’m changing a few things:

1. I wanna write like i’m your friend texting you
2. I’ll only hit send when there’s interesting shit to talk about

So… what’s new? What have I learnt?

I made a new personal site jaihowitt.com. It shares the story of my prev failures, and successes. Thanks Farza for the inspiration.

I’m officially living on the road full-time now. Made a bunch of Youtube videos. People seem to like this one.

We’re about to hire a film maker to travel with us and share more stories. This you? Reach out (but get creative with it).

I’m crystal clear on our mission at Art of Mondays: To build the largest home in the world for people to build their ideas.

I don’t want to teach, but guide. Create spaces for ambitious people to belong… And let them thrive.

It’s fucking crazy what happens when you’re clear on your purpose.

I have endless energy. Everything feels like play. We attract A+ talent for the company easily. I don’t remember the last time I researched a competitor.

Building in public is so worth it when you have a way to help lots of people & a decent moat.

Oh yeah, i’m posting on instagram again… but you can’t see it hehe. I’m using trial reels, which only get views from non-followers (great way to test concepts btw).

Currently posting 2-3 times a day, mostly videos i’ve already made. I’ve posted 29 videos and no results, rip. Alina got 19 million views in the last 30 days with trial reels though, so I have faith. Will report back.

I’ve been living on the Cocos Keeling Islands for the last 5 weeks. I grew up here between the ages of 6-10 and again at 18-20. It shaped who I am. The place I started to build things seriously. Feels like a full circle moment tbh.

Back on the road soon.

​August - Switzerland, South of France
​Sept onwards - TBC. Maybe Cocos again hehe

I’ll leave you with a thought I had this morning:

Ever notice how some people give you energy every time you talk to them? They make you think bigger. Dream more. Get excited about the things you’re working on. The infinite possibilities.

If you can’t think of someone like this, go find them. Art of Mondays might be a nice place to start. If you have people like this already, go take them out for lunch, or hit a hard workout. Solid ROI imo.
